Tranquil 2-Bedroom Pointe Royale Condo

Amazing Positive: Very nice and quiet and I love that the security gates was up and you had to use a car to get in and out.

I really enjoyed the stay. It could use a few touch ups. We also could smell something a musky odor.

All in all wasn’t the worst place we stayed but definitely not the best either. Positive: Love the area, proximity to everything. Bed is comfortable. Negative: Washer had mold inside from not being left open after washing. Dishwasher had dishes in on arrival and towels were stained.

Positive: The condo is well-appointed, comfortable, and spacious and that's about all I can say good about this place/owner. Needs new dishwasher and stove. Negative: We were unable to use the amenities like the swimming pool, gym, badge access to enter grounds at guard shack in our vehicle due to the owner badge not working. Contacted owner twice about this issue. Very non-existent communication back from owner.. Acted like everything was fine and said "it worked for the last tenants". We paid for this access and these amenities!!! I would avoid this owner at all costs!!!

Great Get Away for the price Positive: It was conveniently located to all attractions on the strip. Gated community was a plus in my books. Negative: Everything was great other than the people above us. It sounded like they had horses moving all night long. But you can't blame that on the condo owners that we rented from. It was out of their control.
