Tranquil 2-Bedroom Pointe Royale Condo

Positive: The condo is well-appointed, comfortable, and spacious and that's about all I can say good about this place/owner. Needs new dishwasher and stove. Negative: We were unable to use the amenities like the swimming pool, gym, badge access to enter grounds at guard shack in our vehicle due to the owner badge not working. Contacted owner twice about this issue. Very non-existent communication back from owner.. Acted like everything was fine and said "it worked for the last tenants". We paid for this access and these amenities!!! I would avoid this owner at all costs!!!

Great Get Away for the price Positive: It was conveniently located to all attractions on the strip. Gated community was a plus in my books. Negative: Everything was great other than the people above us. It sounded like they had horses moving all night long. But you can't blame that on the condo owners that we rented from. It was out of their control.

Loved the place hated the hassles Positive: Location and set up Negative: The hot water was ridiculous. We also couldn’t have access to the living room tv because someone put away the second remote and also removed the batteries. Very frustrating

Highly recommend. Positive: The location was great, the condo was clean and nicely decorated. Negative: You could hear the people upstairs walking around. Nothing owner can do about that. For us we only had someone 1night.

Positive: Everything was very nice and well stocked Negative: Not a good screened in patio, very tiny
