Quiet with great view
Positive: The location and view were great. The apt had what was needed. My reason for choosing this place was work, to cook and do laundry away from the city.
Negative: The utensil drawers really need a thorough cleaning. The laundry furnace closet was very dirty. I had to clean the washer and wipe down the wall covered in dust before I could use the washer. When I see this it makes me wonder how sanitzed the rest of the apt is. Also the bed pillow were terrible much to thick for a large person who sleeps on their side.
TV was quite complicated and no instructions.
