Positive: Screened porch with lake views

Quiet with great view Positive: The location and view were great. The apt had what was needed. My reason for choosing this place was work, to cook and do laundry away from the city. Negative: The utensil drawers really need a thorough cleaning. The laundry furnace closet was very dirty. I had to clean the washer and wipe down the wall covered in dust before I could use the washer. When I see this it makes me wonder how sanitzed the rest of the apt is. Also the bed pillow were terrible much to thick for a large person who sleeps on their side. TV was quite complicated and no instructions.

satisfactory Positive: Liked Location and peaceful water view. Liked hardwood floors and leather couches. Liked two on suites and two bedrooms. Liked the price. Negative: There were hardly any pots to cook in. I had to boil spagetti in a frying pan that had all the teflon off of it. (looked like a garage sale item) Can opener hardly opened a can. Unless we got a hold of man who was managing, we would have never found the property. It is not even called Diamond. Crazy. It was not as clean, as it could have been. The bathroom drawers had a bunch of hair in them and the outside entry was covered in bugs, which we cleaned off. We spent alot of time trying to figure out the tv. It should say you can not get local or regular channels. Our property manager signed us in so we could watch the world series. Sheet were cheap and had balls on them. Place needs a little updating.

Branson vacation. Positive: Like that it was next to Lake Taneycomo overlooking the water . Negative: Could use more TLC and the screened in porch wasn't very clean and the fan was filthy dirty. Could hear someone above walking around late at night.
