Lakefront Condo at Diamond Resort!

It was a great place for our family vacation! Positive: We like the location. It’s close to the marina. It’s big enough for our family. I like that it has a washing machine and love the porch overlooking the lake! Negative: It needs some updates and maybe a good deep cleaning. The air conditioner could not keep up (they did send someone to look at it) The bedrooms were very hot without fans and the water pressure was not great either. A good pressure washing on the porch would be good too lots of bugs.

Nice clean condo, very nice staff. Positive: Condo was clean and they supplied many extras. They had extra blankets, throws, paper towels and extra toilet paper. They had body wash and shampoo in both bathrooms, with extra towels. They had dish soap and laundry pods. They even put bottled waters in the fridge. I feel like they went out of their way to make it comfortable. It also has a great view of the lake if you’re looking for that, though it is not accessible. Negative: If I was to be negative on anything, it would be the stairs going up to condo. It’s probably 25 steps to get to condo. Not really conducive for older people. And my husband was hoping to fish, and that was a definite no at this location.

Overall it was a great place to stay and I would book it again. Positive: Location was great by the river. For the most part it was a great place to stay. The condo has everything that we needed. Negative: The beds were really hard to sleep on. The mattresses were way too firm. We also had some really loud upstairs neighbors.

It was a nice place to lay our head at night. Positive: We really enjoyed being able to see the river from the screened porch. We also sat in our camping chairs by the rocks to enjoy the water. Negative: We had a leak in the bathroom ceiling from the upstairs unit. We wish there was a map of the property so we knew where the pools were.

The place was nice but the service was not acceptable as far as accommodations that were needed Positive: the view was amazing Negative: I had to have the EMT come and get my wheelchair dependent grandson down from the 2nd floor being they did not accommodate us by the ADA standards and would not allow a partial refund to get another room They were not assisting nat all and were exceptionally rude .We had to have the EMT come out Everytime we left as well as refined to the property It was devastating.We drone over 6 hours to get there and the entire stay was overwhelming .We will NOT be returning and usually go to Branson every summer
